IRCTC has released the list of Holi Special Trains for this year, However, we specialize this article for Holi Special Trains Bihar 2019. There are a total of 6 trains that are running as Holi Special Trains for this year. Now, I have made this article, little more straightforward for passengers who like to travel to Bihar from different states of India.
This year Holi Special Trains list comes forward when Northern Indian Railway Tweet about it via their official Twitter Handle. Let me share with you the original Tweet, then we will discuss about it in detail.
As you can see in the tweet above, there are a total of 6 Holi Special Trains available this year. However, only 5 of them are travelling via Bihar.
The first Holi Special Train is 04022/04021 AC Three Tier that runs in between Anand Vihar and Patna. Note that from Anand Vihar the train will departs at 12:10 am moreover its expected arrival time in Patna is 6:00 pm. It is a weekly train that depart from Anand Vihar on 16-03-2019. However, From Patna it departs on 23-03-2019. The train no. which departs from Anand vihar is 04022 whereas the train no. which departs from Patna is 04021. This Train will cover a total of 4 trips two from each side.
Here the train no. for updown journey is 04404 (when departs from New Delhi) and 04403 (when departs from Barauni). The Train has both AC 2 Tier as well as AC 3 Tier coaches. It departs from Delhi on 12-03-2019 and 22-03-2019 moreover from Barauni on 13-03-2019 and 23-03-2019. In Bihar the Trains will crosses these stations Siwan, Chapra, Hajipur, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur and will finally reach at it destination Barauni. This Train have to cover a total of 8 Trips.
Similarly Other Trains are Lucknow-Kolkata, Anand Vihar-Kamakhya, and Firozpur Cant – Katihar. You can see the details of these trains in the image present in the tweet above.
