# KGF Chapter 2 is releasing on January next year

The 2018 Indian Kannada language period action film “KGF” is all set to release its second chapter in January next year. The 155 minute first chapter was written and directed by Prashanth Neel which became the highest grossing film of Kannada. Now, as per some media sources, it is said, the second chapter of KGF is releasing on January 14, 2021.

The film stars **Naveen Kumar Gowda** known by the stage name **Yash **who is playing the role of **Raja Krishnappa Bairya** aka **Rocky** born into poverty and arrived in Bombay in 1960 on a quest for power and wealth desired by his dying mother. In the first chapter, Rocky killed the heir (Garuda) of a Gold Mafia who owns the Kolar Gold Fields. Now, In second chapter he has to face another enemy who resides outside the country. Yes I’m talking about **Adheera** who although was introduced for some minutes in the first chapter but now is in lead in the second chapter. [**Sanjay Dutt**](https://satyawaadi.com/kgf-chapter-2-first-poster-released/) is playing the role of Adheera who actually is the lead villain of the second chapter.

**Reveal:** Bollywood actress Ravina Tandon is also in a major role in KGF: Chapter 2.

Now, while earlier it was scheduled to release the KGF Chapter 2 on October 13 this year but seeing the existing COVID-19 situation in the country, its release date is extended to January 14, 2021.

Now, As I said KGF is a Kannada movie, both of it’s chapters are dubbed in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu languages as well.
