CBSE reportedly proposes two options to conduct Class 12th board exam

The day before yesterday, the Central Education Ministry organized a suggestive meeting with all the Education Ministers of the States and Union territories in India.

In that meeting, the Ministers discussed whether and when to conduct this year’s CBSE Class 12th board exam.

While some states opposed to conduct the exam amid this pandemic and suggest the exam must not conduct before vaccinating the students, some states show their favor in conducting the exam.

After listening to the Ministers, the Central Education Minister, Ramesh Nishank Pokhriyal asked the state education ministers to submitted their detailed suggestion regarding the Class 12th board exam on May 25 i.e., today.

While states have to submit their detailed suggestion today, some states and other notable groups have suggested how to conduct Class 12th board exam amid this pandemic.

Take Bihar for example, whose education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary has reportedly said, he is not in favor of conducting the board exam right now amid this pandemic, however, has urged if that necessary then conduct the exam online.

The state education minister of Haryana, Kanwar Pal, on the other hand, has reportedly said to the media that Haryana is ready to conduct its state board i.e., HBSE Class 12th board exam in between June 15 to June 20. That means, of course Haryana is in favor of conducting CBSE Class 12th board exam too.

The RSS affiliated ABVP has suggested the Union Education Minister to conduct the Class 12th board exam in open book mode and remote examinations using registered posts.
