SBI PO Prelims Exam 2019 Result is out. One can check the result by visiting the SBI official website called sbi.co.in. Back on June 8 and June 9 this year, SBI conducts the PO examination to fill up a total of 2000 vacancies.
On the other side, the total number of candidates appear to take this examination is around 10-20 lakhs. Last year around 10 lakh candidates appeared for this examination.
Candidates who qualify Prelims now have to give the main examination which is scheduled to take place on July 20, 2019.
Moreover, the result for the Main examination is going to declare in the third week of August.
Do note that every year SBI conducts the PO examination to fill up vacant post for Probationary Officer in different SBI branches across India.
SBI PO exam is a three-phase exam in which the first two phases are Prelims and Main, whereas the third phase is an interview.
The starting salary also called the basic pay of a probationary officer is Rs. 27,620. Moreover, the dearness allowance is Rs. 18,183. Also, the House Rent allowance is Rs. 2485 plus City Compensatory allowance is Rs. 870. The special allowance is Rs. 2140. Therefore, if we sum the total of the initial salary of SBI Probationary officer, it is around Rs. 44088.
