Director Ayan Mukerji extend the date of his upcoming movie project called Brahmastra which was expected to release this Christmas. Recently, Ayan has shared an Instagram post where he clarify why he postponed the release of Brahmastra on Christmas. In his post he explain, his VFX team requires more time to perfect the visual effects present in the movie. Those of you who don’t know, let me tell you that Brahmastra is an upcoming trilogy movie starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan in lead role.
In the same Instagram post, Ayan also revealed that he spent 6 years working on this project. He says he started working for Brahmastra since the release of Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and think to provide Indian Audience a movie which they never forget.
Ayan says the movie is now scheduled to release on Summer 2020. Now, if we talk about some critics, many believe that Brahmastra release date extends because of the clash with the release date of Dabangg 3.
You can categorize this movie romantic genre but don’t forget to include it in other genres too like fairytale, Fantasy and Supernatural. Most of the scenes you find in this movie are shooted in Bulgaria, Europe.
The music is given by Pritam where Amitabh Bhattacharya writes the lyrics for the songs. And of course T-Series own the music rights.
