From Air Passengers I mean, those passenger who book ticket via IRCTC Air website or App. Talking about the insurance, IRCTC and Bharti Axa life insurance partners with each other to provide this insurance to their customer.
One can get this Rs 50 lakh insurance when book flight for both international as well as national flight booking. Moreover, It doesn’t matter which class of ticket a customer wants to book for. Talking about the insurance it gives financial support to a user when accidental deaths and total disability occurs during a flight duration. Moroever, It doesn’t matter whether you book flight for one way or the round trip.
Beside Bharti Axa Life Insurance, IRCTC also partners with Air India. The partnership avail benefits for customer when they book luxury train tickets in Maharajas Express. This give them 17% discount on Air India Domestic flight tickets. This new scheme starts from February this year.
