Ever since we saw Harry Potter and The Sorcerer’s Stone back in 2001, we became a damn crazy fan of the Harry Potter movie.
Now, this year marks the 20th anniversary of the first Harry Potter movie released.
Looking at the same Warner Bros decided to surprise all the Potterheads out there with a new Harry Potter title called – Harry Potter Return to Hogwarts Reunion Special.
While the new title is specially hosted on HBO Max, its streaming rights have also been provided to other OTTs around the world.

Amazon Prime has the Streaming Rights
While currently, HBO max is not available in India, viewers can watch Harry Potter Return to Hogwarts on Amazon Prime.
The official Twitter handle of Amazon Prime Video India has recently tweeted that users can watch Harry Potter Return to Hogwarts on Amazon Prime Video on January 1, 2022, at 2:30 PM IST.
While the title will first release in the US at the midnight, thereafter it will release in India.
Trailers of Harry Potter Return to Hogwarts
The first teaser of Harry Potter Return to Hogwarts was released back in November 16, 2021.
The teaser shows clips from the previously released Harry Potter movies and we can clearly listen to Hedwig’s theme in the background.
Thereafter on December 6, 2021, a teaser trailer was released in which we see the title “Hogwarts Welcomes Back Alumni” on the Daily Prophet Newspaper.
Lastly, on December 20, 2021, HBO max released the full trailer. In this trailer, we see the casts (Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Tom Felton, etc.) of the Harry Potter movie.

In India, you can watch the title for as low as Rs. 179. The Amazon Prime Video monthly membership comes at Rs. 179.

What do I think about the title?
Looking at the teaser trailer, we can say that it is a special episode.
It doesn’t seem like a movie or a show, instead of an unscripted interview show where casts are sharing the unique experiences they felt while shooting the movie.
In the trailer, we see the recreation of some of the popular places in the Harry Potter movie. For example, Diagon Alley, Yule Ball, etc.
