Moreover, If you cancel your confirm ticket 1 day before the departure of the train, you can collect refund fee from the railway ticket booking counter by 4 hours before the train departure.

If you canceled the offline ticket 4 hours prior to the departure of the train, then you will get a refund after the departure of the train.
