Those of you out there who are eagerly waiting for Mirzapur Season 2, today via a teaser video, Amazon Prime Video has revealed the second season of Mirzapur is releasing on 23rd of October this year. Earlier, The second season of this popular Amazon Originals was scheduled to release on April this year however, following the global pandemic the release was postponed. Now, recently reports were coming the second season might release on September this year. However, now after Amazon Prime Video, itself tweeted a nearly one-minute video transcribed by Ali Faizal revealed the release date to October 23, 2020.

In this nearly one-minute video, Ali said, “There are two kinds of people, Dead and Alive, and then there is a third kind, which is wounded. They took everything from me and left me alive. Big Mistake (in a warning tone)”.

Mirzapur Season 1 was released on November 16, 2018 and now almost after two years, the second season is releasing.

On one hand, while the second season said Good Bye to some of the major characters present in the first season, it introduced some new ones. For example, the second season has added new under-rated actors and actress like Vijay Varma, Priyanshu Painyuli, and Isha Talwar. Characters from the season 1, you will see in season 2 are of course Ali Faizal, Pankaj Tripathi, Divyenndu, Shweta Tripathi Sharma, Rasika Dugal, Amit Sial, Anjum Sharma, Sheeba Chadda, Manu Rishi Chadha and Rajesh Tailang.
