The long-awaited next season of one the popular TV show on Amazon Prime Video “Mirzapur” is reportedly releasing next month i.e. on September 2020. The second season was earlier scheduled to release on April this year but following the existing global pandemic, the release was postponed. Now, it has been reported the second season may release on September 2020. All the post-production work related to the show has now been reportedly completed and Mirzapur team soon going to submit the final copy of the show to the streaming service.
Amazon to announce about the second season next week
In fact, recently some cast members of the show were spotted dubbing for the next season and their pictures on social media boosts the excitement of those fans who are eagerly waiting for the next season. Like the 9-episode first season that was aired on 2018, the second season is also going to be aired on Amazon Prime Video. The number of episodes in the second season is not certain for now. If everything goes smooth, then, it is believed, the streaming platform, Amazon Prime Video is going to announce about the second season as early as next week.
