RIL Bought American Telecom Solution Provider Company Radisys. Reliance Jio starts its preparation for the 5G services in India. Moreover, the preparation starts with an agreement. In this agreement Reliance Industries buys an American Telecom Solution Provider Company “Radisys“.
With this deal Reliance Jio boosts its position on the 5G Industry of India. Let me tell you right now Reliance Jio focus on several future projects like 5G, IOT etc. Sources say this deal closes on 7.4 million dollars.
Although Talking about the company specifications, Radisys has around 600 employees. Moreover, Its headquarter is in Hillsborough Oregon. The company already occupy a place in Nasdaq. In India, the company has an engineering team present in Banglore. Moreover, they have also several support offices worldwide.
Quoting on this agreement, Akash Ambani says this deal will boost the Jio position in 5G as well IOT area. Moreover, Radisys CEO says they will continue to work independently.
